Oussama Agha
Executive Director
Oussama Hussein Agha was selected as the Executive Director of Rahma for Special needs (RSN) in 2016,
a positioning association that helps and support children with disabilities to increase their opportunities
in educational and social integration. Oussama also is the Projects Manager for several funded program
by MOSA, UNICEF, LHF, ANERA, The World Bank Group & Balamand University.
Before devoting his work fulltime to RSN, Oussama served as an occupational health manager at King
Abdulaziz International Airport KAIA of Jeddah – KSA, experiential working with international high
reputation companies and organizations in the Airport such Saudi Aramco, Saudi Binladin, CCC,
Bombardier, Laksmere, Vanderlande, Almabani, Kone, Orascom, ICAD, INMA, Huta, Advanced Vision,
Building Roots, Mimar International, and others. Additional to his career before with Caterpillar (Zahid
Group) for several years in human resources, the international recruitment team.
Oussama has also worked as a Freelance Senior Management Consultant for several national and
international clients in Lebanon, KSA, Kuwait & Turkey.
Oussama has over 17 years of executive management experience in both organizations kind sectors such
the local and international profitable companies and nonprofit organizations.
Oussama began his career as an administrator than became as an HR Specialist, HR Manager at RMC in
2008. After that he has been traveled to KSA to work several years as an HR Specialist at Caterpillar (Zahid
Group) one of the best GCC companies to work for as a lot of received awards, after that he shifted to the
King Abdulaziz International Airport of Jeddah (KAIA New Project) as an occupational health supervisor,
than as an occupational health manager in 2014. In 2016 Oussama returned back to Lebanon as an
Executive Director and Projects Manager at RSN.
Oussama holds a Technical Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organization from (IPNET) Beirut, an
Associate Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management from (RHUH) Beirut, and currently he is an MBA
Candidate at University of the People (UOP) Pasadena California, and continues his studies in Nonprofit
Management at the Lebanese American University (LAU) Beirut.
Oussama is a certified HR, Health & Safety & Quality Professional from several international educational
providers such CAT, OSHA, NASP, KAIST Business School & Central Suplec of Paris.
Oussama serves as a long-life social activist in several associations such the World Organization of the
Scout Movement, and as a Paramedic in the Lebanese Red Cross and several local and international
associations for more than 20 years. Oussama holds a lots of appreciation and excellence awards from
several companies and associations such:

- CATERPILLAR – ZT Jeddah - Best Team Manager Award 2011. KSA.
